Because we use quality materials we rarely have returns but, to ensure everyone's complete satisfaction we have a clear policy of guarantee and aftersales service described in the last page of our booklet and easily accessible to all your staff and your customers.

We string our jewels with the best materials available on the market: a nylon-coated wire or silk thread, depending on the stone and model. We also take pains to select quality material.
If your jewel nevertheless has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to your retailer within 10 days of purchase. It will be exchanged or refunded according to the retailer's policy.
Given transport and handling costs, please understand that we can't repair that faulty jewel while maintaining our low prices. However, the store staff can order a similar model for our next delivery.
We also offer a restringing service for a minimal cost ($2 plus $1.50 for postage and handling if applicable) so that you may enjoy your purchase for a long time to come.
Please note the following suggestions when sending us an item to repair :
- Place the item or its components in a plastic bag without the card.
- Wrap in 2 or 3 sheets of paper so that the envelope doesn't break.
- Place everything in the ordinary envelope.
